Our last sight for the day....and what a sight it was! The Arc de Triomphe. Incredible! Napoleon had this built in the center of Paris after he told his soldiers they would come home, entering the city through an arc of triumph. The traffic used to drive right through it, but now they drive around it. At the top we could see all the places we had visited so far. The Eiffel Tower is in the background of the photo from the top of the Arc de Triomphe.
