B was SUPPOSED to nap during this part of the tour. Yeah, that didn't happen. He was still very good.

What a way to start out a Monday morning! Our visit to Sacre Coeur (Sacred Heart) included over 1000 stairs---and that was just from the Metro Station to the Bastille. This is the highest point in Paris. The views are spectacular! After viewing the chapel, we climbed over 300 TINY SPIRAL stairs to get to the dome at the top. I swear, the stairs became more narrow the higher we went. It was a little scary on occasion. (There is no need to ever purchase a Stair Master if you live in Paris!!!!!)
